Dlf — Illegally occupied spaces in front of houses

I am from p 1 lane of dlf phase 2 gurgaon. This is regarding illegally occupied spaces in front of various houses by house owners . In which they maintain garden etc and occupy spaces leading to hell lot of parking trouble which leads to daily confrontation among neighbours. Expample is p1/10.
Where house owner has occupied spaces upto road with no parking area left.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and make these spaces cleared.
