Dlf — Long pending promise for gold voucher against purchase of property A9-1C B DLF garden city

The sales executive Mr. Deepak Chauhan had promised a gold voucher worth Rs. 1 lakh at the time of closing property purchase deal.
1 year has passed and there is still no updated from DLF marketing team.
Now they have even stopped replying to follow up mails from customer’s end.
Escalation was done to senior members also (Mr. Amit Kaicker ) but he is also not responding.
