Dlf — parking area guard facility

Today in the evng 7:20 went to B3 of horizon 2 building, There was no one to guide me to go on ground floor, as I am not the employee so lift area was not working for me.. I followed the arrow of staircase, As I entered that staircase after 15 minutes by following that arrow, I moved towards B2 as then I realised that there is no push bar to open any of B3, b, 2, b1 gate... I got stuck was feeling suffocating, I called My husband, he asked to one of guard as there was not even a single guard in any of basement area... after 40 min I got out of that area... This was such a horrible moment for me... Very bad services by DLF.
