Dlf — street dogs menace in dlf ph 2, q block

There is a superstore in q block near park, and 3/4 street dogs stay there most of the time. There is a black coloured dog, who is mentally ill, it bites people passing by with bags/anything in their hands, and runs after them.
Elderly people are afraid to go out of their houses, can't even go for a night/morning walk.
I too recently narrowly escaped an attack by it.
Request you to kindly look into the matter, and catch them. People here have gotten sick of them. There have been many cases of biting now.
