To Whomsoever It May Concern,
This is to bring to your notice- that we have recently rented out a house in Dlf Phase 1- its address being- C2/13.
Our renovation process is currently going on and we were willing to redo the ramp entrance/ make certain changes to it- due to faulty drainage practices and wrongly inclined slope - that leads to major water clogging in the entrance of our house gate.
This is extremely dangerous, as we have a toddler- 3 year old baby as well as 2 senior citizens (60years +) in the house who while stepping out or entering may trip or fall off and infact we only have slipped several times, as it gets impossible to get into the house without placing bricks to step onto that acts like a bridge between the road and ramp.
I also have pictures and videos for the same. So you can seewhat happens with just a little bit of rain showers! So Im wondering how bad it would be at the time of proper monsoon!
Some officials from DLF department had come and stopped our work and our supervisor informed us about the wastage of all the raw material that was especially made up to revamp the ramp.
So here’s requesting to either get it fixed by your team or let us manage it on our own. As at no cost I would let water collect like this outside our house which will be a home to mosquitoes and frogs and all- leading to lack of safety and cause diseases to people in the family.
Also we belong to a family where my Fatherinlaw is a builder himself so he will take care of all the workings and that it wont bother the road part. And my father is a government servant, working in the Muncipal Corporation of Delhi, so nothing unlawful will be done, rest assured.
