Unclear company structure. Undefined Roles & Responsibilities from the start. Data availability was available from several sources which made it a challenge to associate the reason to be linked to those sources. This company recently merged with Aspire it services pvt ltd and Aspire previous name is Zenfosys pvt ltd now Aspire it is changed to Dmacq Software pvt ltd in okhla new delhi. Every month aprox 5 to 10 employee resigned this company. Most important you survive 3 month notice period this company. Some people salary and FNF issues.
This is not Stable Company.

Yes there were delays in salary payments for one month during the period of integration in the software company. Things have since been streamlined.
The total employees in the company has never exceeded 15 - so your statement that every month 5 - 10 employees resigned is factually incorrect and misleading.
Yes we have a 3 months notice period - employees are free to choose whether they want to join us or not. When we hire employees we hire them without any probabation period and take them on board as a permenant hire from day 1. This is the policy we follow.
