DMart — Double payment for single Bill through UPI

I have shopped at DMart in Jigani, Bengaluru on the 6th of August. I have tried paying the bill amount of Rs 630/- and due to server delay the first time, it was stopped while in processing, and later again in the second attempt, it was successful. However, the amount was debited twice from my account. The same has been reported to the executive, and they promised they would transfer the amount back the next day. After a week, I went to the store and complained to Mr. Shivu with his mobile no: [protected]. He promised that because of a technical delay; the amount is not yet credited back, and he promised it would happen in 2 days. Even after a week, the issue was not resolved and the executive stopped responding to my calls and messages. Request the management to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I am attaching the debited statement snapshot of the same for your reference.
