DMart — Misbehavior with customer | |||
This note is in reference to an incident that occurred with my wife while taking the delivery from dmart courier person. I have also reported the same and opened ticket regarding this issue but it seems that no action has been taken against a serious problem reported by me. On the 1st of july, i received one of the order 18557491 from your courier person rahul ([protected]) and he misbehaved with my wife while delivering the order. He called me regarding the order and i asked him to deliver on the ground floor of the building because there is plenty of space available on the ground floor of my building. He threw all the ordered products on the road which did not even allow my wife to keep into carry bag and left by saying "today i have to deliver 22 more orders so i am leaving and its corona time". It was very very insulting for my wife to collect all the products from the road. She collected it just because the payment was already paid through a credit card. The people were laughing at my wife while collecting the order. My question is "is this how dmart team provides service to the customers?" I called him regarding the same and he used abusive language which i cannot use on this mail. I approached your customer care but there was no concrete reply from your team. Please let me know whether this is the right way to behave with customers? Was this information helpful? | |||
