I placed an order on 29th May 2022. There were a total of 84 items placed. The delivery was received on 31st 2022. I generally do the checking of the items immediately and realized that I was missing an item. There were only 83 items I received. I didn't realize what item is missing but I knew that I had one less product. I informed the delivery executive and he said he brought the order as it was packed and if I had any concerns I could call customer service; there was noting he could do. I realized later this order didn't include Amul 1kg Chesse. I first raised a ticked on the D mart ready app to complain about the missing item. I did not hear any response. So I called d mart customer service I asked them if a complaint number was raised and they mentioned they have the complaint number and that was enough. I have since then called everyday and the customer support specialist all of them don't know the SLA but just tell me to wait. I am hoping you can intervene and provide a resolution to this.
