DMart — More waiting time in Billing counter

Today most of the customers waiting in billing counters, but you have open only two counters. Totally 38 customers waiting in billing counters. None of the authorities seemed to accept what we were saying about extension the billing counters. Such mistakes are happening here not once but many times. I myself have registered my complaint in your customer feedback TAB many times.
