Ref order no.[protected].
Original delivery date was Mon 26th June. Delivery man came with order but 2 items were not supplied. Hence goods were taken back. New delivery date was today, Tue 27th June morning. However, no communication has been received when goods will be received.
If there is short supply, then balance goods should be sent next day as we have paid delivery charge for full consignment. It is not correct to ask customer to accept short supply and refund cost of not supplied items.
