DMart — poor service and rudely behaviour

My online order i'd is 8504473. We had received less items on 08/04/2020. Ur delivery boy says u can order rest amount via offline mode and we will delivered the same.

Today i called on [protected] (Mr nilesh) for offline order but he denied for the same.

I request him to talk with ur supervisor or any higher authority, he talked with his supervisor but his supervisor ruddly denied for any favour to customer.

I asked him to give phone and i will request to ur supervisor but he denied for even talk with customer and given silly answer that i am busy in another work.

In this covid-19 situation, hw can u behave like this.

U r in service sector and in this situation u have to give 200% service to ur customer.

Please give me update on this with in two days.
