I am filing this complaint against DMart (Avenue Supermarts) for their repeated failure to resolve a service issue related to Order ID[protected] and Ticket ID 6790121.
The product I received malfunctioned within days, and I raised a service request on November 1, 2023. It was to be picked up on November 3, but despite clear instructions, the pickup was done without the necessary parts, rendering the inspection incomplete. I do not live here, my time and while day was spent on this
Since then, I have escalated the issue four times via email to DMart’s customer service and grievance officer (mallika.[protected]@dmartindia.com), but I have received no response or resolution. My emails have detailed the chronology of failures, including poor communication, lack of accountability, and continued delays.
I am left without a functioning product, no clarity on next steps, and no refund or replacement. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and service standards.
I request urgent intervention to:
Investigate the failed pickup and missing parts
Provide a full rsolution for this
Ensure accountability for the lack of response
