[Resolved] Dmi Finance — loan disbursed on my documents without my permission | |||||
I am Roopali from Kurukshetra Haryana and I am a old customer of zestmoney and DMI finance is the lending partner of zestmoney and i got a mail that its a welcome letter of 50000/- loan disbursed on 15/5/2019 i have not received any amount in my bank account and with letter of loan emi schedule first emi on 14/06/2019.I am not understand that what is this then i call they tell 3 mor loan on my name, pan no., and address 11600/-, 1500/- & 10000 also disbursed on same date but not any money disbursed in my account if money came in my account then i ready to pay all EMI but i don't understand where is the all loan gone i think its big fraud in dmi finance so please help me Was this information helpful? | |||||

I took a loan from DMI through Mobikwik wallet worth ₹50000 and signed an ECS and uploaded it now today the EMI was to be deducted. It has not been deducted till now. What am I supposed to do?

I paid emi in 1451/-, every month, but I will paid at late, the DMI FINANCE AGENT[protected] . Wrongly to me for my mother. They told he ### my ###. Please take a action on that mobile number person. Give to respect at all mother's.

I had took a loan from dmi finance and completed the loan on time but still after closing the loan they debited my account through nach . I contacted and complained regarding the issue and send all the necessary documents to dmi finance but still they are not refunding my money . I'm Rakesh Patel, I took a loan from DMI FINANCE through Mobikwik ( dmi[protected]) and also uploaded the form for ESI along with all the documents but still do not get repayment from my bank account, I pay installments by paying extra charge through PAYTM every month. . However, any charges are deducted every month by DMI FINANCE from my bank account. Despite repeated complaints, I have not been offered a solution by DMI FINANCE.
