My name is Nisha Singh. I am getting continuous loan recovery calls from DMI Finance with different nos. for more than a week now, on my contact no. [protected].
Today, I tried listening to the robocall from DMI Finance. And it called for some "Naan Ji."
This contact doesn't belong to any such person to my knowledge.
I am taking legal action against DMI Finance for "registering my contact no. illegally under someone else's name and without my knowledge." + "Continuous telephonic torture without any reason and rectification."

DMI finance they calling and sending messages daily. I don't enquiry any loan from them, they irritating me daily.

I am trying to connect with dmi finance for this account from 3 days. I am not able to get any response from customer care or from customer assistance.
This account is present in cibil report which says it is having pending overdue amount. But, when i am seeing this account there is no pending money.
When i asked about this account to customer assistance. It is showing balance as -301. But, in cibil it is showing 2479 rupees is pending. I also sent mail to [protected]@dmifinance.in to know about this account 2 days ago.
But there is no response from dmi finance. I also raise dispute from cibil website i didn't got any proper answer. Please raise a complain for this.

I have missed one emi. We have medical emergencies. I have informed clearly to them on mail and whatsApp as well.. Now they are harrasing that they will share it with every one in the contact list.
If anything happens to me DMI finance will be responsible

One of the executive sent me messages in whatsapp in vulagar. In the same he spoke to me in calls in the same way. I'm attaching the files and make learn them some business etiquettes and also tele calling etiquettes.

I bought a mobile phone from dmi finance, i have closed all dues properly, but my is locked

I have taken a loan from DMI FINANCE PVT LTD by google pay . Unfortunately I lost my job in July and now work in a small company with a low salary .
From My side I have Intimate financial condition to manager VENI but they do not understand my situation. They are harassing me and threatening me with calls and whatsapp messages .
Today I received legal notice within 10 days threatening my family. They also make me depressed and force me to make the wrong decision. I have attached proof below here .
Please provide me with a solution .

I made payment still they are taking from bank.
And also penalties every month.

You can try for confirmation of customer care service.

I have never applied for DMI Finance but it shows on my Cibil report as inquiry. This is fraud.

I had a loan with DMI finance which I finished 6 months back. Till date after writing to them so many times, it still shows as open on CIBIL, Experian and other credit bureaus.

I have never applied for Consumer loan from DMI FINANCE but they have added a consumer loan in my account that heavely affected my Cibil score

Amount deducted automatically from my account.

Twice times my emi payment deducted from my account several times I connect them but no response from dmi and also I trying to call that number is not reachable. I still waiting for my refund. Kindly solve this issue. Thank you

The person Mahendran from finnable chennai who spoke with me regarding personal loan told the interest rate of 19.5% to 20% rate for per annum. But in the papers its documented 25.66% and also credited the loan amount in my account...

I have cleared my loan 1month before but still in my phone dmi had blocked inbuilt apps Camera, playstore, gallery, calls and they have blocked call service blocked I'm facing problem from 15 days please solve this problem or else I will put case on consumer case

Your company send me a loan msg daily.
I will irritated that msg and worried about where you are add that loan in my credit score.
Its a request to you don't send any loan msg in my [protected] mobile no.

I had paid my full emi on 13 May2022 . I called dmi finance for confirmation and they said my dmi finance loan account has been closed. Suddenly on August 9, 2022 my phone got locked and asked to pay 1379 rs to unlock. Due to helplessness I paid phone unlocked and was functioning normally. Again on 14 August 2022, phone got locked and again asking for 1400 rs to unlock. Dmi finance customer number not working. Email.. no response, WhatsApp number no satisfactory answer. Give me solution or I am going to file case in consumer court.

I received an email from DMI finance that a loan has been sanctioned sourced through Samsung. This is absolute fraud. Please take action ASAP. I’m not even in country. They have sent documents and tenure of EMI payments. I’m not sure what to do next and what to do to resolve this issue. Please help with closure of this fraud activity.

I was cheated and scammed by your loan salesman name Prashant whose phone number is +[protected] along with his accomplices Mayank, Anoop, Umakant, etc based in DMI Uttam Nagar branch.
I was applying for the 10 year tenure loan of 2500000 lakhs to buy a flat in sector 105 Gurgaon. I was informed by your officials that my interest rate will be between 6.8% to 8% for 10 year tenure.
Now as i have got my sanction letter, it mentions that my interest rate is 13.25 percent and my tenure is for 20 years.
Employee of DMI took my signatures with the promise that my interest rate wont be higher than 7%.
I never agreed for a tenure of 20 years of home loan and i was forced to sign the loan documents with false information that i am singing up for a loan at the interest rate of 6.8%.

I have made a paymentbto DMI finance on 7th june through upi.
Butbits nit showing in their app. Tiday they locked my phone and i had to face so much embarassment and harassment...

I have not purchase any assets from reliance but still the messages and calls are making by the DMI finance Ltd for recovering the installment of any product.which was not purchased by me.And also the ECH was applying by the financial service, due which my checks are bouncing two times which is effecting my cibil score in my liabilities.

I paid rs 354 which is fine but I paid online once but later they did not update that I paid later on the debited fron my account twice. I called so many times but not recieved. Please help me. My DMI account no . Is DMI[protected]
