Dear sir I got the sponsored link of an online shopping website called "dmire.com" on facebook. While surfing the website i got interested and ordered '3 trolley suitcases combo pack'. I made the payment through online transaction of [rs.2859.00] on 01/09/2019. The amount was deducted immediately from my bank account. Then on 07/09/2019 when i checked the website again to track my product it was written on the website's order page that "we are unable to fulfill the order due to transaction amount issues. Hence your order stands cancelled. Payment gateway can be demanded by contacting them as the amount paid by u is still with payumoney. Contact https://www.payumoney.com" Firstly, i don't have payumoney account. Secondly, i did not used payumoney gateway to pay the amount. So how come my payment could be stuck in payumoney? Still i contacted payumoney, made an account in payumoney after dmire.com's saying that i'll get my money back from payumoney. But got nothing. And now (Dmire.com) website is also not opening. There is no contact no. It is clearly an online fraud (Website-dmire.com) who cheat people. Please take action against dmire.com & help me get my hard earn money back.
