Dmire — dmire trolley bags ordered but not delivered

I have ordered enticing brown pu leather 20, 24, 28 inch luggage trolley n rolling duffle 4pcs travel set on 20-august-2019 from dmire.com and done online payment of ₹2, 975.

My order id: 184203. I didn't received my order till now and they have not returned money. I have contacted several times through online chat with there customer care but they have never responded back.

Now there website is also not opening.

I would like to claim against this. Please look into the same
