I had ordered the bags on 04/07/2019, not received the parcel till 1 month 10 days, online chat person always says that it is the international shipment so will take time. Lastly i had raised the request for return the goods and refund with the id # 832 raised on 14/08/2019, always the status have been displayed that it is under process.

Today we are on 4/10/2019 but not received my amount of 704/- which they had accepted to refund after deduction of the 2% charges.

Kindly get it resolve on immediate note.
