I'm from baner, pune. I paid for dna broadband on 3rd july, and their representative told us they will give the connection within 3-4 days. Even after 1 month i didn't get the broadband connection. I didn't even get a call from their end once. Although me and my wife called them 100 times just to get a update, all i get to hear from them is tomorrow they will provide the connection. These culprits are polluting the fare business culture, never ever opt for dna broadband. Bunch of fraud siting on top taking advantage of innocent customers. Was this information helpful? |
