Due to some connectivity issue my Internet connection from DNA Infortel, Virar has not been working since the last 10 days now as the last time it was functional was 30th June. I've lodged a complaint with them on 2nd July (ref. No. 150871) for which no engineer has visited my place to check and resolve the issue. Since the last 8 days ive been calling and speaking to their executives who promise to send an engineer that day who never comes. On 8th July I spoke to a supervisor named Sanjeev who informed me that there is an issue in your area affecting all customers at the moment which will be resolved by 1600 IST the same day, post which if my connection is not working an engineer will visit before 1800IST the same day, none of which happened.
Again I called on the 9th & 10th July for which I was promised that an engineer will visit to check on both days, however no engineer has come to check the issue.
This is pathetically poor customer service as the customer has to call them for 10 long days and still does not get his issue resolved because all that the customer gets is false promises that someone will come to check and resolve the problem.
Also, unsure if they have a TAT of 24hrs for a complaint to be resolved, what is taking them more than 10days an still not provide a resolution.
On addition to my calls ive also written 2 mails to them for which I have received no response from them. My Internet connection is still not working as the issue has not been resolved yet.
Request you to provide me with a resolution a the earliest as this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
