The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Internet Connectivity Issue - Pathetic Service

Due to some connectivity issue my Internet connection from DNA Infortel, Virar has not been working since the last 10 days now as the last time it was functional was 30th June. I've lodged a complaint with them on 2nd July (ref. No. 150871) for which no engineer has visited my place to check and resolve the issue. Since the last 8 days ive been calling and speaking to their executives who promise to send an engineer that day who never comes....
