Fed up with your services DNA Infotel Virar
Myself Harshad Shirsat my user name is *******. I have logged the complaint on 6th July AF55901 for internet is not working and ask engineer to visit my place as per SLA within 48 hrs engineer should be visit my place but today 14th July nobody is visited to my place and ticket is closed on Thursday. How can you close the ticket without informing.
Again yesterday i have asked for engineer i got different ticket no. YP58903 and committed to will send engineer in the evening time but nobody visited to my place yesterday also. I have called so many times and asked to speak with managers but every time escalation managers are went for Tea saying "manager niche gaye he chai pine". I have suggested 11 internet connection from my building really but now i am fed up with your services.
