To reach customer care executive it takes more then 30 minutes

One of the worse service provider in Virar
There internet is always slow. Many times complaint about slow connectivity but always they says that engineer will come and check frequency but never seen any improvement.

They fail to provide internet facility. Hence, one day without intimating to any member of the building DNA company has discontinued the service.

This is really pathetic company.

    I have raised multiple tickets for internet being slow, frequent disconnection and many more issues no one even care and the whole team knows only one work of closing the ticket and the worst part is the reopen option for ticket doesnt work at all. I have sent multiple emails and again i have to raise one more but no response.

      I have raised a request for permanent disconnection and refund of security deposit since past 15 days but they are not attending calls on their landline.
      Mobile number is not entertaining.

      I am writing this mail to inform you that, You are not taking customer's complaints seriously . My internet isnt working since 20th May 2021. Its been more than 10days. This is a very pathetic behaviour with your customers.

      My internet package has expired on 28th May 2021, you will have to extend my service days for as long as I wasn't getting the internet connection i.e 8 days, then only i will recharge for another month or else please I will proceed to discontinue your internet services. This is a very irresponsible behaviour on your side. I have already made calls to your customer supports and written mails yet neither I have got any answers nor any proper service.

      Kindly take a quick action or else I will stop with your internet services.

        I have upgraded by plan into 50mbps for work from home purpose. since upgraded I am not getting atleast 1mbps download speed. raised the complaint with service provider more frequently but they are fails to resolved the same. when we connect with dna infotel our office application & VPn network gets disconnected or getting stuck frquently due to slow download speed.

        at a same time when i connect with different service provider i am able to do my office work very smoothly & efficiently. when i have highlighted this things with dna infotel. they are not ready to accept their faults & they are blaming on my office applications.

          Worst Services Hi, Fed up with your services DNA Infotel Virar Myself Harshad Shirsat my user name is *******. I have logged the complaint on 6th July AF55901 for internet is not working and ask engineer to visit my place as per SLA within 48 hrs engineer should be visit my place but today 14th July nobody is visited to my place and ticket is closed on Thursday. How can you close the ticket without informing. Again yesterday i have asked for engineer i got different ticket no. YP58903 and committed to will send engineer in the evening time but nobody visited to my place yesterday also. I have called so many times and asked to speak with managers but every time escalation managers are went for Tea saying "manager niche gaye he chai pine". I have suggested 11 internet connection from my building really but now i am fed up with your services. I am going to do consumer complaints against you because there is worst services from your team.
          Same issues, the speed is very inconsistent despite of several complaints. Also there are frequent disconnections. Please help

            Dear Sir, I had paid 2697/- by BCCB CHQ: 726691, dated: 02/09/2013, for 6 months Subscription of Internet Plan (Infinity). My user ID: sylvan and on 31/08/2013 the connection has been started. From 3rd Sept. the connection has been lost and there is no connectivity till 7th Sept. again for four day my connection started and from 12th Sept i lost my connection till 16th Sept. Regarding this I had made a complaint(97499) and call several time finally my connection was started on 17th but i lost my 10days of subscription.             Yes. I have the same issue. When we call their customer service there is no coordination between the morning and night shifts.
            They never reply to the emails. Poorest service. But as there is no better option available people opt for DNA.
            The day some better provider steps in, everyone is going to kick DNA's .

            My internet services is not working since 2nd october 2017 despite several complaints no action has been taken till date. My details are as under niranjanlal address 3rd road sriprashtha nallasopara west .my registered phone number is [protected]/[protected]
            I'm a dna user from around 2-3 years. Services and speed was brilliant for the very first year but after that it got bad day by day. I have done several complaint but haven't received a permanent solution. Every time an engineer visit and solves the issues and he goes but all that is temporary. My latest issues was again for slow browsing and backup as the electricity goes. Today I visited to the Virar head office with my complaint and told him that please change my internet cable as it is 2-3 years old maybe that can be the reason I'm facing slow internet speed because I have already changed my wifi router twice. And about the backup we are three friends who took dna internet connection at the same time we stay in different apartments which are next to each other in a row. So we convinced one o[censored]s to give backup from his house and he got ready everything was done the setup was completed. So when i told one of your executive today that plz give me backup from that setup which is just 10 meters away from where I'm getting the backup now he refused to do it he said we will provide you backup from the nearest setup. The person who is providing me backup right now he turns off his backup switch as the electricity goes so I'm not happy with that. And as I have convinced one of my friends to give a backup from his house I expect my backup connection to be given from the same setup as he keeps his backup switch on till his inverter battery totally drain out.

            Your executive was not at all ready to listen what I was saying he started arguing with me that you give backup connection from your house itself don't talk about others and he was repeating the same. He was very rude as a service provider that's not the way you talk to a customer like that when I told him my problem and even gave him an alternate solution he was not ready to do the needful changes even WHEN THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CURRENT SERVICE. HE DIRECTLY TOLD ME DON'T RENEW YOUR PLAN. This is not the way you make new customers.

            His name was something NILESH VICHARE I guess. This leaves a bad impression about the company and also for the customers who are willing to join your network in future the can change their mind with this kind of service. EVEN AFTER AN ALTERNATE SOLUTION WAS AVAILABLE YOUR EXECUTIVE SAID NO WE WON'T DO ANY CHANGES EVEN IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED. YOU CAN STOP USING DNA WAS HIS WORDS.

            Just want to tell you all that don't go for DNA INFOTEL
