Took my money no result no reply.

I was looking for dna test. I chose dna labs india. They took payment by cheque gave me a bill for 10600/- rs told me to wait. I gave them my email address and my billing address in which they told me they will send a copy of the results. After 6 months of waiting. I called them telling i did not get any mail or email with the results they said they will check and send it. But even after a year of waiting no result. Then one of the person in there company told me we have no result or no record of the test. Please call the hyderabad number to check. I spoke to the receptionist and the director, ravi who instead of accepting his fault said the parliament has passed a new rule we cannot give you the results. We need 4000/- more for for the legal clearance. I told him i did not go for this test legal it was under piece of mind. Which was clearly told at the time of test. He is asking me for more money instead of accepting that they do not have in there record of sending it to me. Please help. I have the receipt if you want the bank statement please let me know.
