Dna Newspaper — Coupon not recd after 5 months passed

I have paid rs.499/- for 1 year subscription by cheque on dt.16.12 13 wide receipt no.3708807 dt.20.12.13 but after 5 months passed no coupons sent to me so far!!! Why such delay???? After making payment in advance why should i suffer by paying cash to news paperwala?
I want reply immediately.
