Dear sir /madam
How can u treat ur privileged coustmer so patheticly I am DNA subscriber frm past 6 years this time I had booked it online
The dna office had sent me a email on August 25 th tht the coupon has been dispatched but not yet got

I have sent email 3 to 4 times but of no use have called call center too they promise me will reach in next 7 working days but many working days passed
Awaiting fr positive reply or refund my money to my account
