[Resolved] Dna Newspaper — DNA does not want customers to renew subscriptions | |||
I sent an SMS to DNA to renew my newspaper subscription i.e DNA SUB to 575758. A call was made from their HL indicating that a represenTative from DNA would come and meet me on 29th October to take the cheque. No one turned up on 29th October. No one called up to reschedule. I called the HL on 29th evening and they asked for my mobile no and promised to get back after checking as to why no one had come. Strangely I live not more than 2 kms away from the DNA office. Today is 6th Nov 2016. No one has come to meet me. No one has called me and neither have I renewed my subscription. I will wait for 2 more days before shifting my subscription to HT.
