Dna Newspaper — DNA newspaper not yet started

Hi, It's been more than a month now.. i have subscribed for the DNA newspaper and my cheque of 599/- has also been cleared from my BOI account in the name of DNA still my newspaper has not been started by the vendor and nor do i received my annual coupons.. This is dissatisfactory service by DNA team. I'm really dissapointed. Kindly get this clear asap else I need to escalate this matter to the senior level management of your team.
