Dna Newspaper — no coupens nor newspapers

Dear Sir, I Kalpesh patel had paid a subscription fees of Rs.599/- to Diligent Media Corporation on 23/09/2014 and today is 25/03/2015 since the payment date I haven't received any coupens nor any news paper at my registerd address at the time of application. So on 22/03/2015 I had called on your landline number[protected] and I talk with Mr.Premkumar Dubey he gave me the complaint number as-[protected] according to him he asked me to contact his dealer for malad Mr.Pavan Pal on his mobile number +91-[protected]. Futhur I behaved according to Mr Premkumar Dubey and started doing followups with their dealer Mr.Pavan Pal and from that day he is telling he will call me and send the executive for the same, but even after my followups since all these days no action has been taken and futhur I don't want to waste my and your time for only followups, so I request you to please issue me my refund...
