Dna Newspaper — Subscription not received since a month (may 2016)

I, Mustafa A. Poonawala, a Mumbai resident, have paid rs.599/- Dt.01/05/2016, to diligent media 1 month back and cheque has been cleared in the name of diligent media for DNA and for that i had received a call from DNA company that you will start getting newspaper from 15th may 2016 but still it has been not started.I had contact DNA tollfre No. [protected] which is INACTIVE for response.
