[Resolved] Dna Newspaper — Subscription paid but not receiving newspaper

I subscribe the DNA for year @Rs.599 video cheque no. 150805 dated:19/07/2015 but till date we have not received the coupons or newspaper. I logged the several complaint to id : [protected]@dnaindia.net but no action at till time.
