[Resolved] DoCoMo — billing for not use mobile number | |||||
I had use a docomo no. [protected] during 2016. By end of nov 16, requested to disconnect, but they didnt disconnect. After mar 2017 i never used that number. Due to to the docomo customer care executives' torture, during june, i paid rs. 1061- as final settlement and i gave a letter for disconnection. But till date they are not disconnect my a/c. Now they are threatening me over phone and frequent sms to pay another rs.2100/- other wise i will be summoned by court I sent a complaint to docomo chennai office, but there is no reply.
