DoCoMo — Docomo deducted balance which i never ordered at all | |||
My number is [protected] Docomo deducted balance which i never ordered at all I never clicked on any link on the internet or did order anything and they just deducted my balance for some "Endless Music" thing. This is the message that I received: "ENDLESSMUSIC is activated at Rs75 for 30 days. Dial 59090 to enjoy the service. To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free). Bal Rs.370.19 at 11-Nov-14 12:25PMREF ID is 16290803" When I call the customer support they r not even trying to help in anyway and just rudely saying that it had confirmed twice before u ordered it. How can they just deduct the balance And I have been such a good customer Please help I can't just afford to lose 75 bucks just like that Plus when I asked to transfer to manager they just kept on a hold for a second n said he's busy try again later. And then I am jnot even able to connect to the customer service. Seems like they have automated it on my number so that I can't reach them. Please do something I'd really be grateful.
