I live in 1st main, Kamadhenu nagar, B.Narayanapura. 560048. There is a dog in one of the homes in the lane near to me. The owner of this dog is a lawyer. He ties the dog outside in the morning and It barks continuously and at the night also it barks continuously. I have addressed the same issue to the tenants living in the building but they were also helpless.
