Today on 2nd feb I ordered a dominos pizza meal worth rupees 309. I ordered online through Zomato app. I ordered at 5:49 pm. With invoice number is 66369/19/98064 and order no is 179.
It suppose to be delivered within 30 mins and the order is from nearby location Daryaganj. I called Zomato customer care for late delivery and called 3 times to the dominos customer care. After all I received the order after one hour delay and that order was also cold and of worst quality.
I have received the order late in 1 hour and the pizza was of worst quality and cold. Finally I have to discard the pizza. Worst experience with dominos.
I want the refund back of my order and the mentally torture I gained from calling the two customer cares and of keen appetite. Was this information helpful? |
