Dominos Pizza — 1000 RS E-Voucher consumed and no pizza delivered | |||||
Hi team, I want to raise a concern that i am facing related to “mygyftr” e-voucher (Dpc3azs54716) and i am very disappointed with dominos services. Will give you the background of the issue. I was trying to order online pizza on 20th may’16 and unfortunately i was not able to make it, however when i tried to book it another day using my e-voucher as mentioned below it shows that i have consumed it, what rubbish. I have contacted dominos couple of times and got call as well and told we are checking with our technical team on this issue and will get back to you, now it’s more than 10 days no update. Can someone from your end please have a look and confirm if this e-voucher has been used at dominos website then please confirm me the order number or give me in written that this e-voucher has not reached to dominos account, so i can take it forward with “mygyftr”.
