Hello team,
This mail is with regards to the attached order delivery. The tracker showed delivered within 30 mins while the actual order was delivered after 40 mins. When i contacted the customer service team, i was connected to the store manager (Nizampet) who initially lied saying system issue. Later agreed it was an error on delivery guy's part. Then he started negotiating for the refund. Since i made an online payment, he continued to convince me to spare the refund this time. When i dint agree he agreed to deliver the same order on a day of my choice. While i gave my preference he never kept his word. All this happened over multiple calls and emails.
The most annoying part is your company never followed up on my complaint. Every time i had to chase. Is this how a brand works?
While i have filed a complaint in consumer forum, i will continue to share this experience on social media stating how i was treated for merely 600 indian rupees.
The feedback and support team are the worst teams. They are mere warm bodies, good for nothing.
