I am very fond of garlic breadsticks of domino's and so i frequently order it.
I had ordered 4 garlic breadsticks on july 01, 2019 evening at 18.11.07 (Basically at 6.11 pm). My order was tagged as delivered in the domino's app. I called domino's helpline for the order but it was useless. They just asked me to wait patiently. Later at 8.01 pm, i got a message that your order is out for delivery with vinod baban hirve. Order was delivered around 8.35 pm.
Please note - food was delivered after 2 hours of placing the order (It was 30 minutes guaranteed delivery order).
When i asked the delivery agent the reason for delay. He said that he got the order at around 8.00 pm. This means that the order was fraudulently tagged as delivered when it was not even assigned to the delivery agent.
Further, the garlic breadsticks were soggy, cold and tasteless.
After contacting domino's helpline, they raised the complaint in their system (Routine, which is useless). Later, i had to follow-up with them and they were least bothered to help me. They forwarded my calls to the restaurant but nilesh - parel domino's who was rude and didn't respond properly.
I followed up for a month at least and all they used to say that i will get the refund within 7 working days to your domino's wallet. I wonder what is their definition of '7 working days'. Nilesh is a very negligent and rude manager. Till date i haven't received any refund from domino's. Nilesh is not taking any calls. Calls are attended by other staff members and they say that manager is busy or has not come.
