I had a bad experience ordering from Dominos on 20/03/2016. I had placed an order at 19:12 with the order no.136. I have received the order confirmation (SMS screenshot attached) from the Dominos saying that the order is being prepared. To my surprise, I haven't received the product and I started calling the customer care and Feedback division[protected] about this issue, from 20:00 onwards (attached call logs and duration screenshot).
They ensured that the product will be delivered and started talking to other stores, keeping my call on hold. After few minutes, the call is used to either get dropped or transferred to a new customer care executive. This made the explain all the history to the new person, which did not solve the purpose. Finally, I have ordered another product (from another vendor) after 21:30. This is a loss of 3 hours for me just because I choose Dominos.!
The next day I received a call saying that the order is cancelled and the money will be refunded. They also mentioned that 30 minutes delivery promise is not applicable, as I have not received the product.! This is a cheap trick played by Dominos to avoid giving my order for free, as they crossed the promised time.
I feel this is against the business ethics. Please look into this issue.
