I came across a worst customer service experience today from Domino's. My Order number 178 ordered on 4/4/2015 7:45:03 PM by online( K R Puram, Bangalore), came to my door step at 9.15 pm . When i told the delivery boy, that i cant be hungry for 90 minutes, The response was shocking to me . He took back the pizza ( 30 minutes delivery promise not applied) and replied, "it is because of too many order, shall i cancel the order ?". I told, it is not cancelled, i am rejecting this delivery because of poor commitment, and lack to courtesy to inform the delay and more over TAKING CUSTOMERS HUNGER FOR GRANTED ATTITUDE.
I think it is high time now, customers should stop ordering to dominos, as they are not able to serve, only because of too many orders.Let us give business to some one who is capable of providing service ...
