Domino's Pizza — A rude employee

I have visited the Dominos outlet in 7 food court, Suryapet on 11/7/2022. My bill was 286.65₹ and I had paid 300₹ cash. The female who took my order was pretty rude. She said that both my cards were declined, which were perfectly well in another store just outside. I had paid cash and she said she didn’t have change and refused to provide ketchup and flakes. I would like to complain about it.
