Order No 368 through online booking from mobile app .
I ordered for 9:30 pm booking for which the tracking details were not available. On requesting for tracking details the request wasn't processed rather I was told that i booked for 10:30 pm. As per their terms and conditions the was order was to be free for a maximum amount of Rs 300. But I was told that the delivery staff was out for delivery by 9:30 pm. The order was delivered at 10:25 pm and the bill clearly mentioned that the order was out for delivery at 10:00 pm and not 9:30 pm. On placing complaints thrice there isn't any response just a confirmation mail has being sent to my mail id that query has being reported. They are clearly stating that I'm lying.
