Domino's Pizza — advance order late delivery | |||
I ordered one pizza at 3.50 pm and requested for delivery at 6.30pm. (Advance order). Invoice number :65913/17/27110. I called dominos at 6.20pm just to make sure that my order is arriving at 6.30pm. But first they told there is no order from my name and number. I requested to check properly by telling my order no. Then they took so many minutes and told they have got our order. But it was not in bill they said which i didn't understand. I asked them whether it is dispatched. They said yes.. Its on the way. I waited till 6.40 and again called dominos. They said he is not getting our address. But nobody called us to ask the address. After 10min again i called, they said we will get pizza in 10min. Same thing repeated till 7. Pm. When he came it was 7.05. Actually we had a guest who were leaving at 6.45 to airport. But we were really insulted as pizza was not delivered in right time. And the pizza was like reheated. It was so dry at the edges. U only imagine the condition of pizza which was out of delivery at 6.20 and reached our home by 7.05pm. They were so very rude in giving response. Its was really like begging them for free pizza. So irritating experience from dominos. Was this information helpful? | |||
