Domino's Pizza — Amount debited,order not placed

I had ordered for pizzas online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 462. I had paid the amount via UPI Gpay.The transaction was successful but order not placed. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 4/7/2021. Refund was promised within 3-5 days but i haven't received it yet. The transaction number is[protected]. Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.
