I was ordering online pizza from domino's website on Friday 12 June, 2015. I applied MOB06 coupon code. That was a coupon for "buy one and get one free." That got applied successfully. and bill of Rs. 470 got generated. But when I went to pay the bill, I saw an offer that was - "pay using mobikwik and get 15% cash back", so i opted that option and paid through my mobikwik account. My balance get deducted but Domino"s didn't provide me any order no. and I didn't receive any message and e-mail from their side. and didn't get pizza also. I contact to Domino's contact no. 68886888, one of their executive talk to me and ask me to transfer my call to someone else and transferred my call. then I waited for half an hour but no body give response. and tried thrice but same thing happened. Then I contact to mobikwik. Mobikwik people said that payment has been received by merchant(Domino's), and if they get any amount refund it will be automatically transferred to my mobikwik account. And they told me to contact to merchant(Domino's) for this problem. And from mobikwik, I have received cashback of 15% of the payment i did via their application So, that's what happened to me. I want my 470 rs. back. I can provide all the details of payment I did through mobikwik for Domino's. That details were provided to me by mobikwik.
