Domino's Pizza — Amount deducted but order not placed - refund

I had been charged a sum of rupees 493 but there was no order placed . So I had to place the order again.

So I contacted Paytm, their reply was that although the transaction was unsuccessful, they were charged by Domino's .

Please find attached the screenshot of the email conversation.
This is the 4th time I am raising this issue . Please refund !
