Domino's Pizza — Amount deducted , food order not confirmed, money not returned

Tried to order pizza from dominos app on date : 26th August 2023, evening 7:30 pm, money deducted from account but the order dint got confirmed, the error message was - could not completed your order, some error occurred.
Amount - 506Rs deducted, no order was confirmed in App.
Screenshot attached -
1. Bank statement - showing amount deduction - bil no. - BIL/ONL/[protected]/JubliantF/DOMINOS_YICI205.
2. OTP in registered mob, amount deduction message.
3. Dominos app with last order - on date 13th August 2023.Waited for 2 weeks but money was not returned back.
