Domino's Pizza — amount deducted while ordering

I placed an order online and while making the payment got an error and did not receive the receipt. Thinking that the money wouldn't have been deducted, i placed the order again. This time the order went through and the pizza was delivered. Later when i checked my account the money was deducted twice.

I have lodged a complaint with the customer care and not received a response yet.

I placed an order of rs 506 it has been debited from my account and shown an error o[censored]npaid and i have to pay in cash..
