Domino's Pizza — amount not refunded against order date 10th sep 2017 | |||
Hi, I was order 1 pizza (Rs 735/-) on 10th sep 2017 through mobile app. But during booking there was some error and pizza order not placed but amount had been deducted from my bank account (Credit card). After that i was booked a new order with cod mode. Immediately i was called to dominos shop sector 9 panchkula (Haryana) and my call picked by a lady and she checked the details and confirmed me that my money will be refund within 6-7 days but now till date no refund received. Pls help out me to close the issue. Sector 9 dominos shop not responding and suggesting to wait for some more time even more than 10 days passed. I hope that this reputated company will take action on immediate. Waiting for call or sms regarding this issue. Thanx in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had order pizza on Counter and told to diliver on my given address and payment also done but Counter executive not taken my contact number properly, Delivery boy not dilivered pizza on proper given address i used go again and carry pizza myself
