Hi,
I made a payment online for ordering pizza through PayTM wallet on 10th December '2016. My transaction number is cd87611591 amounted Rs.451. The payment went through the payment gateway and the amount was deducted but after sometime I got an email from Domino's that due to some technical error the order could not be placed in the kitchen and that they will be providing the refund within 7 working days. Later I also received message from Domino's that they have initiated the refund and I'll be receiving the amount shortly but no refund came. I created complaint ticket on PayTM also but they told that as confirmed by the merchant my transaction was successful from their end and I should contact the merchant customer care team for the order confirmation. I tried contacting Domino's twice after this but have received no response from their end apart from acknowledgement of my ticket and promise to get in touch. I am very much dissapointed by the service I have received till now. Why should customer suffer if PayTM and Domino's cannot coordinate between themselves for customer refunds? Customer is paying his hard earned money for the service and it is the least that you can do is provide a good service to them. I expect an immediate action for this before escalating it to higher level from here on.
